Arzobispo exhorta a potosinos a vivir con espíritu de caridad

El arzobispo de la Arquidiócesis de San Luis Potosí, Jesús Carlos Cabrero Romero, hizo un llamado a los feligreses a vivir con espíritu de caridad en estos tiempos de crisis sanitaria y económica, pues es bien sabido que las expectativas socioeconómicas no son muy alentadoras para los próximos meses, y tal vez para los siguientes años.

A través de su colaboración en el Semanario La Red, invitó a los potosinos a procurar el valor de la caridad, pues lamentablemente hoy en día la sociedad en general vive una deshumanización, debido a la impaciencia, la envidia, la iniquidad, el odio, el individualismo, la venganza, la injusticia, la mentira, y otras “cosas negativas que rondan en nuestras vidas”.

“El dolor y el sufrimiento que padecemos por esta pandemia y demás sombras y oscuridades que nos angustian, nos hace constatar que somos más frágiles de lo que creemos. Lamentablemente esta situación está quebrantando los cimientos de la convivencia entre nosotros, nos ha causado una verdadera crisis económica y antropológica”,

De igual forma, hizo hincapié en que para aplicar la caridad en nuestras vidas, es importante partir del amor hacia al prójimo, pero también es necesario ser pacientes, ser servidores, ser compartidos, hablar con la verdad, disculpar, tener esperanza e incluso soportar.

“Una aplicación muy concreta en este tiempo, en el que aún nos agobia esta pandemia y sus consecuencias, no nos olvidemos de estas recomendaciones que podemos aplicar en nuestro itinerario de vida. Vivir la caridad en este tiempo es aplicar, en lo personal, lo que sencillamente nos ha anunciado el Evangelio”,
